It wasn't really his fault that he had gotten fired from his last job, but when you're a little naive and you're working as a bouncer for a club it was a little easy for things to slip by. It earned him a little extra cash some days (he didn't really understand until the guy was already inside that he had been bribed, but it was too late, wasn't it?), and it earned him a punch in the gut when someone thought he was giving preferential treatment to their girlfriend. He didn't, or at least didn't think he did, but the confrontation had turned into an actual fight and Jens didn't even get a pink slip.
So here he was, perusing the mall, looking for any kind of "help wanted" sign, or even desperation in a manger's eyes. Okay, so he'd been fired a few times, but he was friendly, right? Yeah.
No luck so far and half the mall down. Maybe he could bother Gilbert to go get some lunch with him when the other was on break. for now? The North side of the mall.

Classes had more or less started up and Emiliana, to her annoyance, had realized that she had started the school year without a job. Again. And while she was still able to afford going to school via her scholarships and the occasional amount of money she received from home (which she was more than reluctant to take), Emiliana still wanted to have money that she herself earned via her own, well, her own hard work.
Having no classes to attend that day, the petite woman had opted into job hunting throughout the city for the day.
The last place she had visited was a nice, somewhat upscale restaurant whose manager seemed to have taken a liking to her. So, Emiliana thought with a small smile, chanced of her getting the job appeared to be pretty high. However, it was always a good idea to play it safe and carry on with the job search, regardless of one or two good interviews.
The mall, then, seemed like a good place to continue with her job search.
Tucking a stray strand of hair behind her ear, Emiliana adjusted the strap of her bag as she made her way toward the North Side of the mall, deciding it'd be better to start there and make her way towards the mall's front exit/entrance than the other way around. However, as she glanced down to check the time on her cellphone, Emiliana wound up not noticing the blond man walking in front of her.
...it was safe to say that she all but collided into his back, causing her to stumble back slightly in surprise.
"M-Mierda," She muttered under her breath with a grimace before glancing up. "A-Ah, hey, sorry about that. I wasn't looking and-" Making sheepish hand gestures, Emiliana offered the tall blond an apologetic smile. "S-Sorry," she said again.
