Berwald sighed. Louder than he wanted to. First day. Standing infront of a door that had the numbers 101 painted on it. He didn't ask the registry about who his roommates were, because he doubted that would do him any good. He didn't know anyone here yet. But maybe he wanted to keep some surprise for his first day. He set his bags down on the floor and fished his pockets for his dorm key. He finds it and after a moment, the lock clicks and he grabs his bags then pushes the door open.
Quite nice. His voice in his mind commented. There was a living area, and a kitchen. Two computers were tucked into a corner and he saw two doors that he supposed led to the bed room and the bath room. Though, it didn't seem that his roomates have been here yet. His lips twitched into a quick smile and stepped in, glancing over towards the kitchen as he passed. A stove and a fridge. Doubt there was anything in it though. He made his way to one of the doors. The bathroom. Basic and simple. Shower.
He turned around, pulling the door close behind him as he did. He opened the other door and steps into the bed room. Four beds. Night stands and wardrobes for each one. Should be enough space for him and his roomates. Which reminded him. He hoped that his roomates were clean, or at the very least, knew to clean and order their own belongings.
He walks towards the farthest bed and drops his bags on the mattress. He stands for a while, looking around the room and at the three empty beds. Then back at his bags. Time to unpack.

(THE LATEST TO THE PARTY AUGHHHH)
It wasn't that Jens was particularly loud or particularly clumsy, it was just that he had grown a little more quickly than his body and mind could keep up with. He had always been a kid of middling height, bordering in the land of Completely Average until only a few years ago he had shot up into near Gianthood, perhaps a too-clear sign of the Viking blood his grandparents had told him lay in his veins with a twinkle in their eyes as he sat upon their knees, watching them tell stories in wonder.
So when he opened the door to his new room (101! How lucky!) it opened perhaps a bit more freely than he had intended, and he shut it a little stronger than he meant. Ah. ...maybe the hinges were just too loose. Yeah. He could look at them later.
There weren't any signs of life here yet - just lonely, empty furniture and open doors. "Anyone here?" he said mostly to himself and sighed with a smile, hoping to any god old or new that'd listen that he wasn't going to be rooming alone for the year. That would suck pretty badly. At least there was Gil and Toni to go bother, but they were getting married, and... they needed their alone time.
He dropped his bags by the door and went straight to the window, drawing open the curtains to let sunlight in and warm his face. No matter what this new year would bring, he'd face it with a smile.

[ pssshhh xDDD welcome ]
Berwald had only managed to arrange a stack of shirts into a drawer when he hears the door close. He looks up, frowning at the noise. He hoped his roommate wouldn't make slamming the door a habit. He didn't want to pay for a broken door. He finishes arranging his cloths into one drawer before he decides that he should step outside the room to meet with his roommate. Might as well get the introductions out of the way. He sighs and makes his way back to the front room.
There was another man at the window. It seemed that he had drawn the curtains open. Something in his mind took note of this. The man liked the sun, and by the way he was smiling, he was the happy-go-lucky-devil-may-care character. An optimist. Which... wasn't a bad thing, but it wasn't absolutely good either. No. It was best not to judge people before actually knowing them. Berwald turned his head to look out the window as well, blinking once as the light from outside stung his eyes. Typical Autumn day. He could see the trees had begun to grow patches of red and yellow. It was nice. He wondered if this person knew how to appreciate things like this.
He shook his head and looked at the man again. He should stop thinking so much. Well, here we go, "Mornin',"
